This website is run by FirstFive LLC, a Florida company. These terms cover your use of this website. Work with a community, including a free test or a paid plan, is covered by a separate written agreement, and that agreement wins if the two ever differ.

What this website is

This website describes FirstFive’s service for assisted living and memory care communities and lets you ask for a free test. Conversations, screens and numbers shown as examples are samples, not results from real communities.

The free test

The free test uses one list of up to 500 of your old leads for 14 days. You confirm in writing that those families agreed to be contacted, we agree a date to review the results before we start, and you agree we can use the totals in sales material and public posts, with no names and nothing identifying your community, its city or a family. After the results review, you have 14 days to decide before an open spot in your city goes to another community. It’s free, it doesn’t commit you to buy anything, and it doesn’t reserve one of the five paid spots in your city.

Paid plans and the guarantee

Prices on this website are in US dollars. Paid plans start only after a written agreement. The 90-Day Tour Guarantee applies to paid plans only. Conditions apply: keep your inquiry sources and calendar connected and keep tour times open; tours booked before go-live don’t count; one refund per community, and the engagement ends after a refund. Guarantee terms are provided in your written agreement. Nothing is sold or charged through this website, so there is nothing to refund here.

Using this website

Please don’t misuse the form, send other people’s details without their permission, or try to break the website. The text, design and logo belong to FirstFive.

No promises beyond what’s written

We work hard to keep this website accurate, but it is provided as it is. Results depend on each community, and we don’t promise specific numbers outside a written agreement. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for losses from using this website.
