This page explains what FirstFive collects through this website and what we do with it. In short: we only ask for what we need to set up your free test, we don’t sell it, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.

Who we are

FirstFive LLC is a small Florida business run by Julio Otero. Questions about your data go to julio@firstfivecare.com.

What we collect on this website

That’s all. We don’t ask for payment details, and we don’t collect health or care information.

What we use it for

To reply to you, book your call, set up your free test, and follow up about it. We don’t use it for anything else, and we never sell or rent it.

Who handles it

We don’t share your details with anyone else unless the law requires it.

Cookies and tracking

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking tools. That is why there is no cookie banner.

How long we keep it

We keep your request for as long as we’re talking with you about the free test or working together, and delete it when you ask or when it’s no longer needed.

Your choices

Email julio@firstfivecare.com to see, correct or delete what we hold about you. We’ll reply within a few business days.

Families on your lists

During a free test or a paid plan, we contact families on your community’s behalf and only those who agreed to hear from you. We never call anyone on a free-test or old list. If we add phone call-backs for new inquiries, those calls will say up front that it’s an automated assistant, go out only between 8 AM and 8 PM, and not be recorded, and a family can ask on a call not to be called again. Every text lets them reply STOP, and every email has an unsubscribe link. We honour all of them. We handle sales conversations before a move in only, never medical or care records. How we handle that information is set out in our written agreement with your community.

Children

This website is for senior living professionals and isn’t meant for children.

Changes

If this policy changes, we’ll update it here and change the date at the top.
