For assisted living & memory care communities with 30+ beds
See Which Families on Your Old Inquiry List Still Want to Tour (Free, up to 500 families)
For 14 days, we send them a few friendly notes in your community's name. Your team hears if one wants a tour.

No cost. No card. 4 quick questions, then a short call.
90-Day Tour Guarantee on Paid Plans
We talk first. You confirm in writing who agreed to hear from you, and we only contact them. We'll pencil in a start date on our call. No family hears from us until a lawyer clears the wording. Two terms apply (see them).
Sound familiar?
You've Built a Great Community. Your Team Just Can't Call Everyone Back.
Example situations, not real quotes.
A daughter writes in Saturday night. By Monday she's toured somewhere else.
There's a list of families who asked about us last spring. Nobody's called them since.
We follow up twice. Then the family goes quiet.
We tried an answering service. Families still didn't book tours.
This Is for You If
- You run an assisted living or memory care community with 30 or more licensed beds.
- Your team gives great tours but can't follow up with every family.
This Isn't for You If
- You run skilled nursing, board and care, or senior apartments.
The free test
Send Me One Old List. I'll Show You What's Still in It.
It's free, with no card, and it doesn't hold one of the five paid spots in your city.
Two terms: I can use the anonymized totals in sales material and public posts, with no names and nothing identifying your community, its city or a family, and after our day 14 review you have 14 days to decide before I offer an open spot to another community.
Before day 1
A short call, then we get set up
On the call, we'll find where families slip away in your week and map out what we'd set up.
Then you confirm in writing which families on your old list agreed to hear from your community, and you send that one list of up to 500. We put the day 14 review on the calendar before we start, then load your list and write the messages in your community's name.
Days 1–14
Families hear from you
Each family gets a few friendly notes in your community's name. Every message is easy to opt out of. When a family replies, your team hears about it.
Day 14
We sit down together
You see the real numbers: families reached, replies and tours booked. Then you decide what's next. No pressure either way.
The guarantee on paid plans
First 90 days after go-live
90-Day Tour Guarantee
No new tour in your first 90 days? You get every dollar back. A tour counts when it's booked with a family we answered first or reached out to.
90-Day Tour Guarantee conditions:
- Paid plans only. The 90 days start at go-live. It is not part of the free test.
- Keep your inquiry sources and calendar connected, keep tour times open, and hold or reschedule the tours we book.
- A tour counts once it's booked on your calendar with a family we answered first or reached out to, even if the family later cancels or doesn't show up.
- Tours booked before go-live don't count.
- One refund per community, and the engagement ends after a refund.
- Full terms are in your written agreement. I'll go over them with you on our call, before you sign.
What we set up for you
If You Keep Going, Here's What We Set Up.
Live in 7 days after one setup call, once a lawyer clears the wording. Families and their notes go into the system you already use, or a shared daily sheet if it can't connect.
Families Who Write In Get a Reply
A daughter who writes through your website after dinner will get a kind reply in your community's name.
Tours Show Up on Your Calendar
Monday morning, any tours booked over the weekend will already be on your calendar.
Families Who Aren't Ready Still Hear From You
The family who said "not yet" will hear from you for up to 300 days, or until they reply or ask us to stop.
Old Leads Get a Fresh Hello
Families on last spring's list who agreed to hear from you will get a fresh hello every three months.
You Know What Happened Every Morning
At 7 AM, you'll get a short note: who to call and what happened since yesterday.
Your Owner Gets a One-Page Report
Once a month, you'll get a one-page report for your owner, and you can take your data with you anytime.
Meet the founder
Hi, I'm Julio Otero.
I started FirstFive for assisted living and memory care communities, so no family reaching out about a parent waits for an answer.

We're new, so I'd rather show you on your own list than ask you to take my word for it. It's free. I take five communities per city and run one free test at a time, so I set each one up myself.
Frequently Asked Questions
We already answer our phones. Why would we need this?
During office hours, your team does. Once you're set up, the daughter who writes in at 9 on a Saturday night will get an email reply from your community, then your team gives the tour.
Does this replace my sales director?
No. We handle the answering, booking and follow-up, and your team gives the tours and makes every move-in decision.
Will this bother our families?
You choose who's on the list, so leave off anyone you'd rather we not contact, like a family who lost their parent, and we never call anyone on it. We only reach families who agreed to hear from you, every message has an easy opt-out, and we never ask for or keep medical or care records.
Who's writing to my families?
The notes go out automatically in your community's name, using messages I approve, and your team takes it from there when a family replies or wants a tour. If you keep going, first replies to new families go out automatically too.
What does it cost?
The free test costs nothing, and if you keep going, I'll go over the one monthly price per community, plus a one-time setup, on a short call. On a paid plan, no new tour in your first 90 days after go-live means every dollar back (conditions).
We talk first. Then you send one list. On day 14 of the test, you see what came back. If it's not for you, no worries.
